I began making jewellery through my interest and love of natural crystals and gemstones. I studied and enjoyed crystals and their metaphysical properties that they are believed to possess. I began wearing crystal pendants that appealed to me, but before long I found that there where no pendants available for the crystals that I chose. Thereby begun my journey into jewellery making.
I find crystals pleasing to the eye, calming, and a pleasure to be around and hold. At first, I thought it strange, how could these stones have healing qualities? However, over the years I grew to have a respect for them, the crystal that appealed to me always depended on the way I was feeling or the way I was physically or emotionally. Crystals are said to work through their colour, feel, and the energy they radiate. Either way crystals always made me feel better by having them around and particularly by wearing them.
I really love making jewellery particularly when it is for someone who appreciates the care and work that goes into each and every piece. Each jewellery piece is individually handcrafted using sterling silver complementing a high-grade crystal.
